Liflex is a web service with an AI assistant for searching and analysing official legal documents (currently — Polish law) with source citations. The service is provided "as is"; its functionality evolves over time.
Answers are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies or outdated information. Liflex is not a law firm and does not create an attorney-client relationship. Before making decisions, verify citations against official sources (ISAP/Dz.U.) and consult a lawyer where necessary.
By registering you confirm the accuracy of your data and that you are at least 16 years old. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all actions under your account. One account — one user; sharing access with third parties is prohibited. Marketing consent is optional and given with a separate checkbox: registration alone is not consent to marketing (art. 398 PKE).
Prohibited: unlawful use, circumventing limits and payment, automated data collection (scraping), interfering with the service, uploading malicious files. We may restrict access in case of violations.
Paid plans are charged via Stripe; the period is monthly or yearly depending on the selected plan. Prices are shown in the plan currency. Invoices are issued on request; companies should provide their name and NIP in Settings → Subscription.
Automatic renewal: the subscription renews automatically for the next period (month or year) until you cancel it. The next charge equals the price of the current plan on the renewal date; we will notify you of any price increase in advance (at least 14 days) and let you opt out.
Cancellation: you can turn off auto-renewal at any time in Settings → Subscription or by writing to info@liflex.app. Access remains until the end of the paid period; no refund is made for that period.
Refunds: access to the service is granted immediately after payment and is used during the paid period, so no refund is made for the period already provided. Exception — erroneous or duplicate charges: write to info@liflex.app and we will verify and refund the amount. For companies (B2B) the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply.
Rights to documents you upload remain yours. You grant us a limited licence — to process them solely to provide the service to you (indexing, search, assistant answers).
We strive for uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee it; individual features may change. We will notify you of significant changes in the app.
You may delete your account at any time (Settings → Privacy). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or abuse of the service.
To the extent permitted by law, Liflex is not liable for indirect damages or for decisions made based on assistant answers without verification. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
