Where the answers come from
- From texts of legal acts available in Liflex and from the documents you upload.
- Every answer points to the specific provision, so you can verify it yourself.
- If the sources contain no basis for an answer, Liflex says so instead of inventing law.
- The product does not disclose or depend on the reader knowing its internal implementation.

Editorial and verification rules
These rules explain how pages on this site are written and how a reader (or an AI assistant) can check what Liflex claims.
- Every legal statement points to a provision. If the text of the act does not support an answer, Liflex says so instead of inventing law.
- We describe what the product does for the user. Pages do not depend on knowing how the product is built internally.
- Volatile facts — prices, limits, coverage — come from one source of truth and are dated on the page.
- We do not publish invented reviews, ratings or customer cases. Real feedback is published together with its source.
- Guides name the act and link to the official text (eli.gov.pl), so the wording can be verified before acting.
- When a page contains an error, we correct the page and change its update date — the correction is not left in a comment.
